Privacy Policy - Quick Expense

Quick Expense is a local personal finance tracker. We do not operate a backend service for this app and we do not sell your data.

What data the app processes

• Expenses and categories you enter.
• CSV bank statement data you import.
• Receipt images you attach manually.
• App preferences such as selected currency and custom categories.

Where data is stored

All app data is stored locally on your device (SQLite and local file storage).

Quick Expense does not upload your personal data to our servers.

Permissions

• Camera access: to take a receipt photo.
• Photo library access: to attach an existing receipt photo.
• File picker access: to import CSV statements you choose.

These permissions are optional and used only when you trigger related features.

Data sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties because Quick Expense does not send your data off-device.

Data retention and deletion

• You can delete transactions directly in the app.
• Uninstalling the app removes local app data (subject to platform backup settings).

Children

Quick Expense is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
